Job description
The Operations Professional is responsible for providing support for procurement application and process and accounts payable help review requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters and/or client employees to fulfill the requisition in the form of a Purchase Order to the appropriate Supplier.
Determine source from a centralized database and contact supplier for price and
delivery; also consult sourcing team's inputs to understand commodity strategy and execute requisition requirements according to established processes.
Determine if request is procurement application and/or process question or problem
Procurement of low dollar purchase services.
Help set up new suppliers and outline agreements.
Interface with clients/requestors and suppliers on supplier and payment issues in consultation with Tactical commodity manager.
Maintain all relevant supplier documentation for future requirements and ensuring audit readiness of all purchasing documents.
Resolve Blocked invoices
Expedite Orders and follow up on deliveries
Experienced knowledge of procurement applications supported
Work with customer assistance center manager and team lead
Assume additional responsibility as directed by the TL / SME.
Science / Commerce / BE Graduate may apply
Microsoft Excel, SRM End-User proficiency
Required
Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
