Good documentation skills. Should be open for 24/7 support Should be willing to mentor the L1 engineers
Roles & Responsiblities
:
Design, Implementation of Microsoft Exchange (2003/2007/2010) messaging environment. Support multi-site Microsoft Exchange organization in order to meet and maintain appropriate service levels. Administer and support Active Directory, DNS & Microsoft Exchange replication. Responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft Exchange architecture as well as supporting common email applications. Should have experience in Disaster recovery planning/Activities for Microsoft Exchange (2003/2007/2010) messaging environment. Maintenance of Microsoft Exchange messaging environment. Should have hands on experience on Exchange server High Availability (Mailbox Server Cluster). Should have experience in supporting mobile email devices i.e. Blackberry. Should have experience in Exchange Server backup. Should have experience on Exchange server Patch management. Should have experience in Problem management & change management. Should have experience in Gateway level Anti Spam filtering. Should have knowledge of troubleshooting of Windows server 2003/2008. Should have experience in Exchange server migration(Same Platform) Day to day basis monitoring, Health check of exchange server.
