Experience Required(Description) : 4 yrs of experience on Exchange Experience in Exchange Server Support Exchange Tools and Utilities,Microsoft Clusters,Spam Filter products Blackberry and Microsoft Active Sync Knowledge in ITIL process.
Roles & Responsiblities
:
Strong working knowledge and experience on Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003. Installation, Decommission and troubleshooting of Exchange Servers Mailbox Administration and troubleshooting Handling issues related to Mail flow. Public Folder Management and handling replication issues Hands on experience with Exchange Tools and Utilities Working knowledge on Microsoft Clusters. Knowledge on Internet Spam Filter products Knowledge on Exchange Antivirus Products Handling issues related to Blackberry and Microsoft Active Sync. Troubleshooting issues related to LCS/OCS will be an added advantage. Knowledge on Fax product preferably Fenestrae will be an added advantage
