Job description
The Catalog Administrator is responsible for the management of supplier on-boarding and the catalog management system. You will work directly with catalog suppliers during implementation of initial catalog (hosted or shop-out) as well as ongoing support. Objectives are ensuring that the business value is delivered by proactively working with the chosen supplier(s) to implement contracted pricing.
As a Catalog Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing supplier on-boarding
Establishing supplier team
Implementing supplier e-enablement plan
Initiating tracking system Initiating tracking system
Identifying commodity plans for catalogs
Managing collaboration with supplier’s to drive creation of catalogs
Testing solutions
Provide supplier performance feedback to strategic sourcing
Coordinating the addition of new suppliers
Output Supplier catalog
Communication to the team of catalog availability
Load, change, and delete the data from the catalogs where required
Communicate effectively supplier needed information using various programs within Microsoft Office
Work with customer assistance center manager and team lead
Assume additional responsibility as directed by the TL / SM
Science / Commerce / BE Graduate may apply.
Microsoft Excel, SRM End-User proficiency
Required
Bachelor's Degree
