Job Description:
The primary role is to manage the requirement scope for Religare HAPS suite of products that support enterprise healthcare management. The role involves identifying and classifying requirements and contributes to converting requirements into Religare standard solutions/applications. The person will work closely with other stakeholders involved in the development lifecycle including client interactions.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain product requirements backlog in line with product scope and manage the requirement specification and approval process based on business drivers and in line with product release policy (40%)
• Liaison with various project teams and end user community to gather business requirements and ensure that the right information is identified at the appropriate level of detail to assist in requirement analysis and requirement specification phase of the product lifecycle (30%)
• Gain product knowledge / expertise and support conversion of raw requirements to product specifications that are then consumed by other stakeholders within the development lifecycle (30%)
Required Experience : 2-4 years
Skill Set:
Good Communication Skills.
Qualification:
MBBS / BE / BTech / MCA / MHA
