Job description
Working knowledge of Storage Administration/Processes,Experience with Storage Area Networking (SAN) technology including solid understanding of Fibre Channel, zoning, Ability to use Storage Management Tools to discover, monitor, build and report on the storage infrastructure (e.g. HDS product suite, SANscreen, NetApp Operations Manager/DFM, NTP, Servergraph) ,RAID types, Fan-in/Fan-out, ISL, storage provisioning, LUN management, virtualization and performance management,Experience with SAN switch zoning administration and planning
Understanding of Storage Networking concepts: SCSI, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, LUN Security, CIFS, NFS, data replication, virtualization, and distance extension technologies
Experience with hardware and software storage products and solutions, including Hitachi, Cisco, McData, EMC and IBM
4 to 5 years of relevant work experience required
Minimum 16 or more years of work experience required
