Conceive large IT enabled Projects like ERP Implemenations, ERP long term support, MES initiatives etc; Propose Solution; Design large Projects; Sell IBM capabilities; Propose Statement of Work; Contract with the client; Hand over the Solution to a Delivery Team; Oversee delivery and maintain Client relationship.
