Job description



"The BC analyst will be responsible for the following:


Process documentation
Review the process design, objective and work flow of the process to ensure the end to end transaction flow is correctly documented and key control points are correctly identified
Review desk procedures and confirm adequacy and accuracy of description of activity
Keep a log of all processes owned by the Line of Business


Compliance testing
Establish a compliance testing calendar to define timelines for performing compliance testing, publishing test results and review with the Process owner
Perform compliance testing and document the errors identified
Review the errors with the process owner team and assist in conducting root cause analysis
Review the corrective/ preventive actions proposed by the process owner team
File compliance test results to support audit and other reviews


Measurements
Assist the process owner to define measurements that will measure the process objectives
Review the templates for reporting measurements and confirm adequacy of the template
Track the measurements reporting calendar


Risk analysis
Perform specific reviews on identified sub processes and identify potential risk areas


3 to 5 Years of desired experience required
